About

View opens a file and keeps the tools for inspecting it in one window. Minimal editing. Quick and lightweight.

Highlights

• Workspace oriented
• Curated tools
• Lightweight and fast

The user manual has the rest.

Open beta

View is in open beta. The program is public while it is still being finished, and a purchase is the perpetual license, not a trial.

License terms

View Pro is a perpetual license for one machine. After payment, download View. We email the license when that download starts. Save it as local/entitlement.lic in the same folder as View. View stays on the Activate screen until that file checks out.

FAQ

How do I open a file?

Drop it on the window, or use File / Open.

Installer or portable zip?

The installer sets View up on the machine. The zip is View in a folder you can move.

Where does the license go?

Save it as local/entitlement.lic next to View, then Activate.

The license email did not arrive.

Use the form above with the checkout email. We send every license for that address.
